A passing score of 75% must be achieved to earn certification.

Certificants or candidates for certification pledge that they shall not use or reproduce, in whole or in part, or aid another in using or reproducing, in any manner or fashion, any examination materials or re-certification materials or their contents.

For pet sitting companies that become certified discounts to purchase the certification course will be offered to employees of companies. Employees will be offered a course that excludes business management.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for purchased certification course materials.
